Overview

This 4-day itinerary offers young minds an educational journey through two distinct Tanzanian ecosystems: the montane forests of Arusha National Park and the groundwater ecosystems of Lake Manyara National Park.

Curated by Tanzania Kili Adventures specifically for children during winter break, the course covers fundamental environmental sciences. Kids investigate forest water catchments on Mount Meru, analyze soil structures and crop rotation in local banana groves, practice animal husbandry concepts with rural livestock owners, and explore how plastic waste is upcycled into useful crafts in village workshops.
